6Cubits is committed to handling personal data in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and good international practice.
1. What this site collects
This is a demonstration build with no backend server. Information you enter — maturity scan answers, your name and organisation, newsletter sign-ups and contact messages — is stored only in your own browser's local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to 6Cubits or any third party by this site.
The contact form opens your own email application with a pre-filled message; sending that email is under your control and subject to your email provider's terms.
2. Documents you attach to the scan
In this build, files selected in the "supporting documents" step are not uploaded anywhere. Only the file names are noted in your local results so a future consultant debrief can reference them.
3. Fonts and external resources
Pages load the Sora, Spline Sans, Spline Sans Mono and Poppins typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser's request to Google's servers is governed by Google's privacy policy.
4. When the production platform launches
The production 6Cubits platform will introduce user accounts, secure server-side storage of assessments and encrypted document upload. Before launch, this policy will be updated to describe: what is collected, the lawful basis, retention periods, your rights of access, correction and erasure, and the security measures applied. Registration forms will be protected against abuse, and data will be processed in compliance with the Ghana Data Protection Act.
5. Your choices
You can clear everything this site has stored at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. The consultant view at admin.html includes a one-click option to erase all locally stored assessments.
